...loss?? I've recently lost 8 stone and am now at a uk size 8!! I am 21 so luckily most of the excess skin shrunk straight back - but my stomach and inner thighs are continuing to get me really down as have put in all this work to get rid of the weight and am left with a sagging stomach and wobbily thighs!! Would love for any advice as to how I can get flat abs - all the info on how to get the best results -thankyou so much!Just to say thanku ur all very kind n to add a bit more info I lost the weight very quickly prob taken me just over a year!! Probably not the best way to lose it so fast!!

walking and swimming - it tones all over and its gentle!Well Done you!! I'm envious

do some weightlifting, you might put on a tiny bit of weight but thats due to muscle not fat. Weightlifting cant make you look bulky btw because fmeales dont have enuf testosterone you'll just looked toned.

It sounds like you lost your weight too quickly. If youd done it slowly and balanced out your diet with a good exercise routine there should be no excess- especially at your age!Youre just going to have to work at it with suitable exercises. It will eventually shift but dont be impatient.

WOW!!! Thats amazing! Well done!!! Do squats, and sit ups to tone up, cycling, walking and swimming are fantastic ways to tone up to. also yaga and why not join a dance class near u.

wow ! how did you loose all that wheight?? honestly ???and i would advise to two sets of sit ups a day for the abs. i really does help

Well done you ...that is sheer determination and hard work. I would take advice from a professional lest you put on bulk instead of toning if you do the wrong exercises. Keep it up gal!

Wow its great that you lost that much!For the abs try core stability or crunches, do sets of them e.g. 4 sets of 20 sit upsFor your thighs try squats and do them in sets too!keep this up and it will work!

swimming is the best say 3 times a week and start walking dont go mad start with a small walk and build up to say 4 miles a day after 6 to 7 weeks be aware before undertaking a fitness regime see a doctor first
