problem???? PLEASE PEOPLE! Doctors, anybody! I really am not fat, but my stomach is ALWAYS bloated! It looks totally unproportioned with the rest of my body. It isn't fat either, it is firm and sticks out. I have to suck it in ALL THE TIME. It sticks out from the VERY top of my stomach to VERY LOW on my stomach. Please I don't know wha to do! There is no pain at all, and it is bloated all the dang time. I haven't had a flat tummy day in like 4 years. But now I am 15 and I am really noticing it. Please is there a disease I might have? I eat very healthy. Been taking diurex and beano lately its not working at all. Please tell me what might be wrong!! Thanks SO much!IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ANY MORE OR LESS DURING PMS. Also, I am in very good physical shape. Very active. But been very depressed lately because of this issue. I need help!Gosh no I'm not pregnant, I said this has been the case for like 4 years!!

Well, you could be pregnant.Hopefully thats not the case, it'll go away probably, but you should consult someone like the school nurse maybe? They have seen a lot of stuff worse than that so don't be embarrassed to should of your stomach. I hope you get better!Good Luck :)

Do you feel bloated?? Or does is your tummy just rounded out??Usually if you are bloated there is some kind of discomfort. If that is the case you should get tested for lactose intolerance. If your tummy is rounded I recommend taking up latin dance or belly dancing. It is a great fun way to tighten and tone the core muscle group.

First, you might be getting too much salt. For three days, count how many milligrams of salt you get in a day. You might have to go to the internet to find the salt content of some natural foods, like fruits and vegetables. Your consumption should be capped at 2300 mg, 1500 mg if you're having problems with bloat.Do you experience any discomfort with your bloat? Any diarrhea? I know it's gross, but I have this problem too, sometimes, and my stomach becomes distended and very uncomfortable. It might be due to overeating at one time or throughout the day, exercising too soon after you eat, or even drinking too much water after a salty meal or snack. Is it bloat or is it naturally sticking out? Your belly really should feel distended and uncomfortable, maybe even painful, depending on the reason. In physiology, your lumbar spine curves deeply in your body and causes your stomach to protrude about 1-2 inches. Does this "bloat" hang over your belt line or does it hold itself up? If not, then bloat is probably not your problem. You could have a food sensitivity, ranging anywhere from gluten to lactose. Cut all grains from your diet for three days and see if the bloat improves. If it does, you probably have an intolerance to gluten and need to look up on the internet a list of foods that are gluten free. Cut out all dairy products: chocolate, milk, ice cream, etc. Feel better? You're probably lactose intolerant. Find non-lactose dairy options or take a lactase supplement. If at any time you experience pain or severe discomfort, you should have a doctor look at you. Most likely your problem is edema, or swelling of the tissues from too much sodium.
