this has resulted in a number of problems including complex ovarian cysts,and endometriosis.i have no insurance,as i cant get it cos its considdered a preexisting condition and i dont have the 6000$ in cash the doc wants to helpim posting here,cos,this is the only site where people care and give answers!!and yes i ahve called every organization there is,unless i have 6k,i cant get help.will i ever be abke to another baby,that was my first,and i really want her to have sibling??im so scared please help meis my reproductive system being destroyed???????i live in s.flathe most inhumane state in the face of the worldthat being said,the lawyers said they wont take my case until after i have corrective surgery,which i cant cos i dont have 6K!!ANYWAY= please someone answer my qwill i ever be ablle to have a child?

See a mal practice lawyer and see if you have a case. Most lawyers will take a case if it has potential and don't charge unless you win.You may have to accept that you might not be able to have another child or sue if it was a preexisting condition. When you get on your feet consider adoption. There are thousands of unwanted babies being born every day.

If lawyers wont take your case, go to your local television station. They are always looking to do human interest stories... here in Houston we had Marvin Zindler. He could have gotten your corrective surgery for you AND a settlement..

The doctor pays liability insurance, and has that to fall on if anything goes wrong and he has to use it. So there are funds from HIS insurance company (of course, HIS premiums will go UP, and he won't like that!!!) that are available. Do not be afraid to use them.
