Are there any definite signs of a miscarriage?

I don't have any insurance and have too many medical bills as it is.I think I need to get checked out because my period is just too wierd lately.I'm tired all the time also.Oct 5th I started to spot for 3 days,no cramps and at that time I was 2 weeks late.I started again Oct.30th, not too much cramping but I am bleeding quit heavy and clotting.It's been 3 days now and the bleeding hasn't slowed up.When I get up in the morning I have to run to the bathroom.This morning I woke up with a bad PMS headache and threw up twice.Had to turn around and go home,couldn't work like this.There really isn't too much cramping like I normally do.So it's weird.My temp is 99.8I've been under so much stress lately I'm just wondering if it's having a wierd effect on my body.

dont worry about bills right now, your health is very important. get to the doctor. their could be something seriously wrong with u. im not trying to scare you, just dont want anything to happen to u. your period if it comes a week late will bleed out normally but their has to be a reason for that to happen. make an appt with your obgyn, they can do a blood test to see if you are pregnant and then if you are not they will check you out and see why your body is doing this. as fever can mean you have an infection in your body and leaving any part of a dead fetus in your body can cause a serious infection. you need to get to the doctor now so they can start treating you. if its very serious thing it could kill u. go to the doctor worry about paying for it later.if u need to ask anymore email me at redhead11488@yahoo.comgod bless uu r n my prayersgood luckgo to the doctor please!!!!!!!!!!
