foot problems?

i have little holes in the bottom of my feet neat the toes but none on my toes, they go through a few layers of skin. they don't hurt, itch or burn. how do i treat it? and what is it?

I think I know what you mean. It is usually caused by friction on that part of the foot. If you play sports or are in the pool a lot, that may explain it. Sometimes, you can smooth these areas with a foot file paddle. Don't pick at these areas because they need time to heal. It isn't a disease, it's just from friction.
