weird feet problem?

ok so for about a week my bones have been making a cracking popping sound but then people said it wasn normal.However now everytime i walk, the bottom of right feet feels stiff, and swelled up and its very uncomfortable cos i can feel it. I also have started getting a lot cramps in the leg. Everytime i run in about 5 mins my whole right leg till my knee feels stiff and tight. They also make a popping cracking soundWhat can i do about it other than go 2 a doctor cos i want to wait and see for a while if it goes away. What could be causing this

it could be Plantar Faciitis........I have this & it sounds alot like my problem.......unfortunately, it will not go away on its own.......

Your feet have to last you a life time. Don't put off going to see a Podiatrist, a foot specialist as soon as possible. You can stop drinking all caffiene, as caffiene makes tight muscles tighter and it also inceases pain. Cut down on refined sugar products, as they increase pain when you are in pain. Eat tons of raw veges. But, do see a foot specialist. If not, you may end up like me, with a disease that never goes away and your legs and feet kill 24 hours a day. Get into a doctor, a specialist, Podiatrist ASAP!
