Miscarriage Question?

2 weeks ago i tested positive via HPT. Went to the OB-GYN the next day. She took an ultrasound. Nothing there - so wanted another on in 2 weeks (today). The person who did the ultrasound - found the sack today; however she showed me something else which I thought would be the yolk sack or the cord ... she said it was blood.The she asked how i have been feeling. i said oddly - i am not tired the past few days, my boobs don't hurt, and I haven't had morning sickness. . and not peeing frequently.She asked about spotting or any bleeding... i said nope.she sent me to the lab to see if my counts went down. . . she said things like 'we can't predict the future'Am I having a miscarriage? she scheduled me for another ultrasound next week.I think I am going to get the medical abortion pill while i am only 5 weeks and it is just a sack... it doesn't sound like it is going to make it...Message for smartie_baby: you should research first. RU-486 can be taken up to 7 weeks .... This is Not Emergency Controceptive... there is a difference.

I would wait it out and see what happens. You don't want to do something and later regret it. I would wait until all the tests come back and see then. Best of luck

Just try to relax and wait. The ultrasound tech is likely not allowed to say anything either way, so she likely just has a generic answer for every anxious pregnant woman's question. Don't get any pill or anything, just wait, maybe you are just very early along. Actually when I was first pregnant my dr called me in three times to check my blood( I was freaking out) for my HCG levels, she thought they were too low, it turned out I was just only a few weeks along. i wouls just let things happen naturally.. u dont want to get rid of a "baby" that would have made it had you not interferred. believe it or not.. doctors are wrong too sometime's!! theyre only human!!

As hard as it is I would wait till the next ultrasound to find out for sure what is going on, you never know what could happen between now and then. Good luck

I understand your concern, but just wait until the results come back. Yes it gets expensive the more you wait if it is a miscarriage but you never know. Ignore the ignorant people who write uneducated answers. You know your body and whats most imporant for you.
