Can anyone give me information on severe muscles

spasms and treatment after a pelvic bone fracture? I'm a foreigner living in South Korea, and I've been in hospital for 4 weeks. The bone is now healed, but it's been 2 months now, and these muscles spasms in my buttocks (on the left side) just keep getting worse! I'm getting physio, but it just doesn't seem to work.The fact that I can't really communicate with them is not helping!

hi ism physiotherapist and yoga instructer.....as u have 2 months first consalt your docter that is your ligament r injured also r not ..if theay r injured it takes some more time for healing so as u have said u have been hospatilesd for four weeks os take streanthening exesises for increase streanth in muscle to aviod pain and spsam go for cryotherapy it helsp u lot ....if u have any douts u can ask mee all the best
