I am having a toothache but when I look at it

there is no hole or cavity, what could it be? I just had a perm crown put in on my top tooth and now the pain that I have is on my bottom molar. It feels more like pressure...What do you think it is?

Is it the tooth right below the crowned tooth? It could be that your bite is off. That can cause lots of pain and problems. See your dentist and they may be able to readjust your bite by taking a bit off the crown or the bottom tooth. Or it could be decay deep in the tooth that you just can't see. I had one like that and ended up needing a root canal- the tooth looked fine to me but on xrays, you could see the decay. BUT you probably recently had xrays so you would know if that was the issues so I'd lean more towards it being a bite issue.
