reduce arthiritis pain in joints? There are good days and there are bad days and sometimes - the joints just lock up.The intention is to avoid as much medication from the drug store and identify natural remidies to reduce the pain.

I just read today that grape juice is good for the pain, I'm going to buy some next week, and hope for the best.

make sure you eat plenty of greens, but also as a pain relief have you ever considered reiki?it's a nice relaxing alternative way of releiving pain without any medcation, and the painful parts don't even have to be touched!it's carried out by a certified spiritual healing practitioner, there are quite a few people around who can do it!it's not any heebee jeebee stuff!it's smply done by anyone who can clear their mind and focus on the chakaras, and is simply done by holdng the hands just above the painful area, and meditating, focusing on the pain, it can be very relaxing!
I find that wheat, processed foods, hard cheeses, and alcohol set off some inflamatory response in my system. You may wish to take all common allergens out of your diet and then experiment by adding them back in one at a time to see if you react. Every body is different, so you have to listen to what yours has to tell you!
