Contraceptive Pill - mood swings etc?

Is anyone taking the pill Meladene 15? (Im in Spain so dont know if its available in the UK or what its called?) been taking it for 2.5 weeks and am having serious mood swings and feeling a bit depressed. I was on the injection for 8 years and apart from feeling aggressive at the beginning I was fine! I think its a very low dose pill so maybe it takes a few weeks to settle in? Ive never taken the pill before....

dont forget everyone is different with these types of things when i first went on the pill my hormones were everywhere it took me 3 months to get "normal" if you know what I mean but if you have any worries see your gp

just stick with it for a few weeks and you might start feeling fine it could be coz your bodies not used to it, if you don't feel better then consult your dr

Hi,to be honest there's no perfect contraceptive method.They all have some sort of side effects or another because they all artificial hormones.It effects everyone differently its a trial and error to find which one suits you best.I would suggest the contraceptive implant its one of the best method at the moment and it lasts 3yrs.I have tried the implant this year it was one of the best method I've used.Please see your family planning doctor if you have any further questions as they are qualified on this field.Take care and all the best!
