Get new shoes...I'm in the Army and I run a lot. When my feet hurt is when it's time for new shoes and that always helps.Answer your question? Give me credit please. :)

My Podiatrist said i had worn off the padding on the bottom of my feet.Have inserts made or buy some inserts from pharmacy.
