I have been a bit ...ok alot...depressed lately due to some relationship issues and I have just noticed that I have some periodic paranoia. Nots the I'm gonna get a gun cos you are all aliens type..just the everyone hates me kinda thing. Which they don't. Hate me that is :]] Shall I just try and recognise it and accept it and then go..alright you are being paranoid and thats ok but these people do not hate you. Or does anything else work better?

chances are, everyone really does hate you. of course, nobody's actually going to cop to it

I have a friend that has paranoia that people are spying on her, tapping her phone...breaking into her home, she moved to another state. it seems to be a little better but not completely. part of the problem was her home was falling apart and that caused her to be insecure, she just needs to stay on her meds. they do make a difference.

Honestly with your situation it's normal to feel this way. If you didn't feel this way there would be something wrong with you. Especially since the actual event has not happened yet. It's like when your telling your parents you are pregnant type of thing. Trust me I have done that, lol. Though it is important to try and treat your depression(on your own). I think things will get better once the climax is over. I'll be here for you if you need to talk.
