Yes I agree learning to play a musical instrument is great, especially like an acoustic guitar because its relaxing for me. But it is something you want to do and be committed to or else you'll end up fustrating yourself trying to learn. I highly suggest weight lifting if you are old enough and properly trained with knowledge on how to safely perform them.

Anything related to music is something I would recommend. For some reason music to me is like a story being told, and instead of reading, I listen to it. You should try making stuff too. It could be ANYTHING, because when I do something, and I finish it, I really become proud that I did it by Myself. Good luck with that you are looking for =)

Exercise does wonders for this kind of thing, but you don't have to run 10 miles or anything. Anything from taking a long walk to pushups will naturally release endorphins, which, if you don't already know, are "feel-good" chemicals in your brain. Something else that releases a ton of endorphins is an orgasm. Just a thought. I'd recommend masturbation given your age, especially since sex might add a great deal more stress to your life! You'll feel calmer from exerting physical energy/endorphins, but not exactly immediately, however their effect will last 24hrs or more. You'll also fall asleep faster and sleep better at night.Plus, every now and then just take a break and do something you enjoy. It'll keep you sane!
