Yes or you could just die 20 years early from lung cancer or one of the any other thousand of diseases that come from the cigarette smoke.. Hm how hard is it to quite? Is it worth your life?

Most likely.My brother smokes, and he got pnemonia and it didn't go away for a really long time because he was smoking the whole time.

In all likelihood, yes. Smoking causes damage to your lung, in essence making it a perfect breeding ground for the bacteria that cause pneumonia. It also paralyzes the mucociliary elevator that moves foreign particles out of your lung, making it harder to prevent bacteria from entering. Here's an idea, quit smoking. It's absolutely nasty, and terrible for your health.

you may not get pneumonia again due to smoking but smoking does injure your lung function in the long run and also weakens your lung defenses and reserve. so it would be advisable to reduce it and then give it up. Smoking is injurious to health.

Why do you ask?I know that you are not concerned with your lungsYou are an addict, and nothing is more important to an addict than getting his fix.let your lungs enjoy whatever you want to filter through them.They will take care of you as long as they work, and when they stop working, you can go back in the hospital and have a lube or two removed and take chemotherapy.Why should any doctor care more about your health that you?

whether you smoke or not you can get pneumonia. Smoking doesnt help but it does not cause pneumonia i had neumonia 15 years ago and i smoke and havent had it since
