Rheumatic fever needs to be treated with antibiotics in order to prevent future damage to the heart valves. See a doctor immediately.

Penicillin G (either once intramuscular or 10days oral) or if patient is allergic to penicillins, erythromycin for 10days. Most other antibiotics won't clear the Strep. bacteria.This HAS to be diagnosed and prescribed by a doctor.Hope this helps.

take some pills and lay down and sleep for a bit but have water by ur bed,with a cloth over ur face thats cold it will bring it down.
