need form ideas for a fitness intrsuctor database?

hey guys am creating a database for a fitness instructor (using microsft acess) and needed ideas like what i can make the form for and what i can create forms and tables for

Well the table itself should include their name, address, phone no, mobile, email, what they teach, availability (eves, weekends), qualifications, cost per hour and poss years experience. In one I made recently I also had a county column so I could filter results based more easily on where the person lived. Not necessary if you're only dealing with a small area or county. u need the list of customer names/profiles etc /their routine work out schedule/payment options...

HiApart from all the admin stuff is would be good to keep progress data on the development of each student so you can compare the progress.Suppose in May you benched 50 kg for 10 reps max and in November you benched 70 kg for the same reps the instructor would have valuable information on the students he or she was teaching.Is that not encouraging I think soGood luck with your projectAlpower2000
