reflux looking for ideas on a soft diet.? i'm on a full liquid diet now but i will be on a soft diet when i visit the dr. next week on the 25th of jan. i just need some ideas, with this surgery u can throw up or u can't & if u can't u will be in a great deal of severe pain and u will have to go to the er and they have to drain this out of u through your nose and i will not know which catogery i will fall into until i start eating reg. food again i have completely change my whole attitude about food i can't eat the things that i once enjoyed like fried food etc. i really would like some input on this question.
