Skin problem! Thing on my foot! HELP!?

Hey i have this thing on my left foot and it's on the left side almost on the bottom of my foot. When I first got it, it looked like a mosquito bite but then it's surface like opened & it looked weird! Then we thought it was a planter's wart but I don't think it is because it hurts when I walk on it or put pressure on it or even touch it a little bit hard. It looks like it has little black things in it. (I can't describe it) When I take a bath or shower and it get wet and hot it turns white and expands farther out from my skin. It's not flat tho!HELP!!

It's a planter's wart. I had one after stepping on a needle. Get the podiatrist to remove it, I got a couple days off from work ' cause of it. Good luck!
