...to pain or soreness in your back muscles? Lately i have been having a sore back, and someone told me it could be from drinking tea alot.. i do drink hot tea every morning and evening, is this it?

Yes...if you are drinking it straight out of a forty gallon urn...hell to keep lifting up to your lips!

i drink a least 2 gallons of tea a day and i don't have any back problems
