do the symptoms like chest tightness, pressure, squeezing and burning sensation always come with shortness of breath?or they all happen not at the same time?

its not necessary all happens at the same time.

No, - they don't . Shortness of breath is often absent.Feelings of "heartburn" come first, and can be mistaken for indigestion or heartburn. The chest pains and "tightness" come later. It is possible to test the symptoms by undertaking stress and seeing if the pains come and go, -or not. If you have access to medications such as nitroglycerine sprays, you can also test whether they relieve the pains or not. If they do, then Angina seems likely. If they don't, then it's probably something else.Remember, many things can produce chest pains, but it isn't any use ignoring them. Get them properly tested by a doctor.
