Does anyone with Crohn's Disease experience this???

Lately Ive been getting pains shooting from my side near the ileum and all throughout my right arm, very close to the feeling of an electric charge (been shocked a few times before...).I was working a banquet carving a pig and the pain cause my to drop my knife and jerk my arm back, I could have hurt someone.It's been happening a lot and Im worried about it.

i'd get it checked out but i know crohn's causes anxiety wich causes my pain to increase and i had my first REAL muscle spasm in my right buttock about 2 months ago and it was the worst pain i had ever had . it was felt very electrical all through my lower back, legs and i had sweat pouring off me.. the next day i was all better
