Try to let it out in the form of running, punching punching bags; physical exercise. I don't know about managing it thoug, try taking a break from whatever is stressing you out

take up drinking,,you will still have stress,,,but you wont care...CHEERS....

The first thing is to be aware of the warning signs of when you are getting stressed. Then be really honest with yourself, find out what you need to relax and wind down. For some people it's activity like sports, for some it's being alone reading a book, for others it's talking things out. Pay close attention to your own needs and then honor them. Your worth it. Refue to let things get to you. I do it all the time. It takes a little practice, but you can do it. Start out by not letting little things get to you, and ecentually, larger things won't get to you.

learn to introspect and meditate. be aware of yourself. when you gets stressed up. watch your breath 5 times.
