What is spoiling the sex?

When I have an orgasm I get a pain in my right upper thigh muscle - just for the duration; not before, not after. Then later on I usually have a sneezing fit. Why?Well, thanks for those "most helpful and instructive" andwers!These are physical symptoms. What psychiatry has to do with it I cannot imagine

It is possible that you have a slight torn muscle in your thigh and before you orgasm there is a tension build-up and release of the tension at orgasm so that is where you may be getting the pain. It should go away after the muscle heals but if this has always been around then there could be something wrong with the muscle in that area and you should get it checked out.....
