Grave's disease and protruding eyes?

I just got diagnosed with Grave's disease, and I am very frightened. I have been on line and see that I will develop large popped out eyes. Is this true? My eyes are fine now, but I fear I will wake up one morning and look very different. For those of you who have this illness or know about it please shed some light...thank you in advance

I have known some ppl with Grave's and yes, you can expect to get the eyeball bulge.sorry.(hugs)
