From my estimations I would say that you need about 2500 calories a day to lose a little weight. Try this web site out. \http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.htmlI would eat three servings of no fat low cal yogurt with live active cultures and fresh pineapple and oranges. These foods will help your body break down other food and help with weight loss.I would also eat lean proteins (baked or grilled fish and chicken, beans).I would stay away from fried foods and sugars.Run or jog for 30-45 min. three times a week before you eat breakfast. This will cause your body to use fat. Lift weights three days a week. This will build muscle that will in turn burn more calories that will in turn shed more weight. I hope that helps.
