I know, I know not to say anything but you might want to add kelp, nori, or some form of sea vegetable. Not only will it help you with your diet, but eating sea vegetables helps tone down the craving for sugar (which adds many, many pounds/kgs), and is high in protein and calcium -- which from your diet, you're not getting enough of. Please check this link I'll post to you. It's all about kelp and sea vegetables and how they're an important part of your diet. Plus, they're super low in calories! ;)http://www.gaiaresearch.co.za/kelp.html

If you only eat that, and go to the gym everyday you will probably faint. I would add a small about of low GI (a cup of brown rice or wholemeal pasta) a day. And you should eat some protein, even just some tinned fish. As to how much you will lose, that depends on how much water you are holding already, fluid is all you will lose.Your body would go into starvation mode and store everything you eat. So if you did break your diet (as you probably would) and ate something fatty your body would store it instead of burning it.I know you didn't want to hear this, but it isn't a healthy way to lose weight. Tweek it a little, with some carbs and protein and it would be fine.

People, stop answering her questions, because she obviously is leaning towards Anorexia with these obsessive and unhealthy weight loss ideas. If she wants to be an idiot and hurt herself on her quest to "get thin quick" then let her do it herself and maybe she'll learn the hard way.
