...best? I posted this for a friend who is running out of options in hopes that somebody might know of something he hasn't tried. This batch of answers offers a very wide range in treatement ideas, and I don't know what to pick as best answer, and have decided to leave it for a vote. I would like to thank everyone for thier participation and points of view, and have emailed your answers to him, in the hope he might find something he hasn't tried yet. Also thanks for the good wishes. There are a couple days left on this question, so I will also leave it here in hopes that someone else may come up with something. For those of you who are dealing with this awful condition, I wish you good healing, and hope the treatments you are using will continue to work well for you....
