The easiest way would be to use a photo-editing software, such as Photoshop. But most basic programs feature a red-eye editing tool.One way to prevent red-eye is to see if your camera has a special flash setting that reduces red-eye greatly.And, if it's already printed out, there are pens available at craft stores (especially ones that specialize in scrapbooking) that you can use to mark out the red-eye.

For an easy (and quality) solution... Download picasa and use its built-in function to fix red-eye.BTW, there are more useful features in Picasa that enable you to improve your photos.

I think all the photo formatting softwares remove red-eye, and if you print them with red eye, then you can very well go to the same studio where you had print the photos and ask them to remove the red eyes, they have lots of facilities to remove them !
