I want to lose weight and be on a healthy tract but the problem is there no gym around my neighborhood what i have been doing at home is: sit ups, leg works, running up and down the stairs and ect for 2 and a half hours everyday I also eat very healthy foods, drink 8 glasses of water.My question is would i still lose weight even if i workout at home and eat healthy?? ~thanxs~
