my girl friend is 18 weeks pregnant and hasnt had any cramps up till tonight she is in pain and there really bad and shes says shes been bleeding all day a little bit does this mean shes going to miss carry ?

Doesn't sound too good but don't you think she'd be smart enough to see a doctor..........like hours ago? doesn't always mean a miscarriage though
