Is my guinea pig going to be OK? she might be...

A couple of my guneapigs are going to have baby's soon which im very happy about the problem is one of my other guineapigs might be pregnant too, she is still only young and small, a little bit smaller than half the size of a full grown guineapig. she has started to noticibly bulge up, and looks very much like she is pregnant. The weird thing is i dont think she has ever been in a cage with one of my male guineapigs, she's only ever been in a cage here with 3 other females. I did get her from the pet shop but that was when she was half the size of what she is now. but the point of the question is how would a guineapig that small be able to have babys? Im worried she might die? or maybe she wont grow to her full size afterwards.

Take he to the exotics vet. You can't be sure otherwise, need to know what's making her sick.

I think that she might be pregnant. Take her to the vet just to be sure. Even though she is small there is still a chance that she may have been impregnated and she is probably capable of having babies. The pregnancy could kill or harm her though so you should take her to a vet and see what they say. Try and go to an exotic vet though as regular vets don't know as much about small animals as they do about cats and dogs. Good Luck!!
