my whole body? I started to workout again & lift weights (after 4 years) just this week and I felt this muscle pain

heat packs, also check your vitamin C ,calcium and potassium levels by writing the amounts you get daily down. You may be low on them. Remember to warm up and cool down.

Stretch a lot, that will help prevent it from happening in the first place, stretch before and after working out. If you are feeling pain take some advil. It may also be muscle soreness for tearing the muscle fibers, in which case that's a good thing that means you got a good workout.
