Unfortantly there isn't a cure for MS, trust me my uncle has tried almost everything.

Juicing may be healthy but there is no evidence that it cures MS or proof that I know of that it lessens the symptoms. There is some evidence for benefit of vitamin D and for omega 3 supplements if a person with MS wants to use these more natural treatments. This should not be instead of standard treatment, but instead as a supplement. For more information about alternative treatments for MS, a good source is http://www.ms-cam.org.
