first 3 weeks and urinate the baby out? Not literally peeing the baby out, but when you have your period is it possible?

my mom did this but at i believe 12 weeks.

Okay, it is possible to have a miscarriage within 3 wks, but you won't pee it out. The reproductive organs are completeky seperate from the urinary organs. It is possible to miss a miscarriage at that point as the gestational sac is sooo small. If you're concerned go to your Doctor, but it's normal to not have any symptoms so early. Ultrasound can't really even see a baby until 4-5 wks.

Not URINATE it out, but have a period and never know you were pregnant. It is believed that perhaps as much as 20% of pregnancies are lost this way.

No, the reproductive system and the excretion system are entirely different. You can obviously experience a miscarriage vaginally.
