...asprin sensitive??? I cannot take asprin and my hands are swelling bad....I cannot put ben-gay or anything like that on my skin...I am a redhead and it burns my skin....any ideas what I can do for the pain??

i have rheumatoid and Ive been doing yoga and its been helping. if its in your hands there is yoga for that too.you can find books only on the subject also.

any meditating is good and there is several things you can take that is "asprin free" like alieve vor instance which is good for my arthritis
