Her next study: 825 teens.

I think somebody is fudging the numbers. I can't imagine why ANY teenage boy would want to be saddled with a child, and it's concomitant responsibilities. I can see a boy not wanting to wear a condom, but actively trying to impregnate a girl? This defies logic,e:: ProfessorC, what you don't understand is the teenage boy's mind. My God, we all want to get laid at that age, but the irresponsible among us would at least THINK that the girl wouldn't get pregnant. The study suggests that 26% of all teenage boys are ACTIVELY trying to impregnate their girlfriends. Do you believe that statistic? Let's also keep in mind that the study focuses on the girls' interpretation of the relationship.

What do I think about this? They can go for an abortion if they don’t want the child is what I think.What do you think about adult women tricking her bf/husband in to fatherhood, by lying about birth control? What can the bf/husband do?Men cannot walk away, cannot prevent being the biological father to an unwanted child, has to provide child support and has to live with it for ever.There is already some sort of possible solution in the form of abortion and hence before the society take care of these teens discovering they were forcefully made pregnant, we should take care of the other more prevalent and wide spread cases of abuse of rights in relationship and trust between men and women.

Some guys are obsessed and abusive and they want to own and control a girl by creating a child with her. Women sometimes use pregnancy to trap men, but there are also guys out there who do this to keep a woman, too. Guys often do this to frighten her and/or make her feel obligated to stay with him. He wants her to depend on him and be less likely to leave him even if she's been wanting to. This is how some men trap women. And it's scary to hear this stuff and then hear people say they are against abortion or birth controls!

first of all, use, there are states that have made abortion illegal. second of all, most states require parental consent before they'll give a teenager an abortion. so no, they can't "just get an abortion". secondly, a woman can try to "trick the husband/bf" into getting her pregnant all she wants, he doesn't have to stick around. hell, there are several thousand men, who willingly get married, actually want children and then when the divorce happens, the kid never sees, or hears from the dad again. go spew your bitter venom elsewhere use another nick.
