you? I am truly blown away. I hurt my tail bone a few weeks ago and have been in awful pain but have had to keep sitting at a computer every day. The GP said "you'll just to wait for it to heal and not sit on chairs", which didn't help. I even bought a really good ergonomic chair. But I have not felt any tiny trace of pain in the last few days since I got an intensely painful Chinese massage with acupressure and herbs. Then they stuck herb-soaked patches over my back to stay on for 24 hours. I thought it might help a little but didn't expect this - it's amazing! When I was a teenager a hospital recommended surgery to fix my sore knee (from playing netball) but I remember my Mum taking me to an acupuncturist and some kind of Chinese physio instead... and that worked too. What has worked for you? (Please note, this question is asking for positive answers.)

Chinese herbalists/doctors have helped me significantly with my allergies. One of them, just by manipulating the bones in my wrist (and therefore sensing my reactions, pulse, and probably blood pressure and a hundred different other things) told me that I had an infection. I went to an American doctor, and by george he was right.Go to Western doctors first for emergency intervention and prescriptions for bacterial infections. Go to Eastern doctors first for building up and maintaining your health.I have heard that in Taiwan and China, doctors are trained in both Eastern and Western methods. They choose their specialization, but they have to know a lot about the other area.
