And what do you think it was that did it for you? EG: did you take anything or forget about it etc? Was you trying for months / years?

well i finished my period on June 21st/07 and we immediately started trying and i knew by the 1st of July/07 i was pregnant(i just had a feeling) and the pregnancy test that i did at home on the 9th of July/07 was positive. The whole week of my period i ate yams as they have been proven scientifically to increase fertility. My husband always said tho that if a guy across the street was masturbating i would get pregnant,LOL

I came off the pill in Feb and became pregnant in June. Thats 4 months but only 3 cycles (5weeks, 8weeks and 5weeks in length). I know everyone says relax, stop stressing and take your mind off it, get a hobby or something and it's not really what you want to hear, but it really does work! I did all of those things, by coincidence, and hey presto!!! I had been doing day release at university (I'm a mature student) and my exams (which had been causing me alot of pressure) finished, I also took up a dance class which I loved but was not suitable for pregnant women and thats the month it happened! I really miss my dance class and can't wait to go back! I also thought that nothing would happen until my periods became regular again. I really believe that things will happen when they're ready but I know the waiting each month is so frustrating! One other thing I did differently was healthier eating and a tiny bit more exercise!Good luck, look after yourself and enjoy trying =)

me and my boyfriend talked about it in the September, and agreed if it happened, it happened, but due to meds he takes, it took until February for me to become pregnant. I'd forgotten about it to be honest, its was only because I'd been in the chemist for something else, saw a hpt and realised I was over a week late for my period that I decided to do a test.

Approximately 10 minutes with my son. Five with my daughter. Seriously, first time both times. And I'd been on the pill for 13 years prior to trying (thank God!)

It took us about 3 months, I'm 35 and was expecting it to take much longer! I didn't take anything and just forgot about it as we were in no desperate rush. I came of the pill in November 2006 and conceived around 1st Feb 2007, due in a few weeks.

We got pregnant the second month of trying. I think the fact that on the night we conceived i was extremely relaxed, it was new year, so was different as we were being intimate for fun, not for the baby making process. Baby is due tomorrow!!!
