No not necessarily, I am currently in the same situation and I have beend told that I have "mixed connective disease", in other words they are not sure what is causing my joint and muscle pain. I have taken the tests for lupus. rheumatoid arthritis, and so many other immune diseases. I am currently looking for a doctor to help me in find my diagnosis.
