Hepatitis C, how bad is it??

Both of my parents were diagnosed with Hepatitis C and I want to know how bad it is or what it will do, I understand that thee is no cure and that it is very very bad?

l am not right up on the facts, but two different friends of mine have it and lead normal healthy lives, you do need to take a bit better care of your self, eating properly etc but its not a death sentance

It attacks the liver of people with it. It can be transmitted threw sexual contact or contact with the blood of someone that is infected with it. You can go to www.webmd.com and get all kinds of information on it.

it is, there is no cure and it has to be controlled with medicine, complications can go wrong, infections can occur even liver damage can occur as a result. this kind of hepatitis you get from sharing dirty needles and things of that nature

Well,,, hepatitis C or B leads to cirrhosis. Now there are ways to prevent that. When you have tested positive for hep c. And for no cure scientist now say there is a drug that even after 7 yrs they do not have the disease in their blood.
