Hi, I been many years that I didnt practice any exercise but these 2 days i been working out. I felt very pain on my both legs.Should I been continue the exercise even my legs are pain, it wont give me any harm, right? Or should I rest for couple days and continue later on.(I have to daily exercise due to my high blood pressure)

Rest, put ice on, massage it, and start back SLOW.

I had problems with my arms > I heard its a buildup of uric acid. Stay way from milk and dairys. Eat potassium - Bananas. Massage the pained muscles like youre pushing the acid down and back up the leg. STRETCH a lot to feel the stretch then when you let go the pain should ease.

Its normal to have sore legs after working out for two days, hmm don't excercise with your legs they'll hurt more, and then you wont be able to walk, but you can work out with your arms, feel better

It is normal for your muscles to hurt after you exercise alot, or when you exercise suddenly after a long time of no exercise. Give your muscles a short rest for a day or two, or exercise very lightly while your muscles are still sore. Gradually build up your exercises so that your muscles will adjust to the exercise level you are doing.

Just rest a day or so. Don't continue if you have pain. I did just that and it got worse for me. You must start slow. Swimming is another good way to exercise and introduce physical workout without hurting your muscle. Also, keep a good diet for your hight blood pressure, eat lots of greens.Good Luck ;)
