It could be hyper-thyroidism or your back could be out of line. My heart would skip beats and I figured out my back was out of place. Best advice would be to visit a chiropractor and doctor.

Tell your parents, and go ask a real Medical Professional. Instead of random people on Yahoo.

Vitamin B12 deficiency .................. quite scary symptoms if you don't know that it's a simple vitamin deficiency. Other symptoms you may be experiencing are palpitations, constipation, insomnia, excessive sweating, headaches and migraines, exhaustion and fatigue, prickling, tingling and numbness in the outer extremities, irritability, moodiness, inability to concentrate ................... quite a scary list. Increase your intake of foods rich in this vitamin or simply get a multi B vitamin supplement from the health food store/chemist containing all the B vitamins as they work best together (synergistically) B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.Best food sources: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, milk, cheese, eggs and fish.CHEERS

Stop worrying. That, in itself, could be a cause of chest pain. You say you're eating a healthy diet... but are you? Do you have gas? Are you overweight? Do you get plenty of exercise? You see, there are many, many things that can contribute to chest pain. The worst thing you can do is worry. I have a motto.... If there's something I can do about it, I do it. If not, I let God handle it. Why worry? It's totally illogical and a complete waste of time. Go see a doctor, for Pete's sake.

It's not the heart; The heart don't pain. Don't worry, it's not a serious problem, but you must see a doctor

Please get to your doctor. It could be something else too. A heart is something you can't live without. Good Luck.

Hi! I have anxiety and maybe I'm overgeneralizing, but it sounds a lot like that maybe the cause. I'm doing much better than I once was but I still feel that way, even on my meds. If I have a particularly stressful day, week, month my symptoms of anxiety come back. And those symptoms are the same as yours. Pain in my chest and arm and my heart beating fast at times. I have seen many docs and they all confirm that there is nothing wrong with me physically, just anxiety. Here is some advice and some things that helped me cope. At your age, the incidence of heart disease is very rare unless you're diabetic or you have a congenital heart defect. If you had a congenital defect, you most likely would have experienced this from an early age and already had a diagnoses. On the other hand, weird shit can happen, so see a doc. It's totally unlikely that there's anything wrong but anxiety, but tell them your symptoms and they will know how to help you, even if you need a small dose of antidepressants. Trust me. The anxiety thing can get nasty if you let it go. Go to the doc and tell them all your concerns. You will probably feel so much better. In the meantime, try to focus on the positive and distract yourself as much as possible. If you can meditate or do yoga or just sit and be quiet and still and take deep breaths, that will help too. Good luck and feel free to email me anytime you like.
