It is not that simple for the stomach problems since ibuprofen has been known to aggravate the stomach and make existing problems worse; such as stomach bleeding. I would suggest Tylenol for the stomach problems until you get checked by a physician to make sure that it is okay to take. Saying that I would even suggest you take Tylenol for your flu until you get checked, because the two should not be mixed.
