As far back as I can remember I've had the worst problem with my feet always been dry and the skin peeling off the heals. The folks who do my pedicures think I"m diabetic but I"m not. I am overweight but I go to the doctor every year and i'm just fine. No matter what I do the problem does not go away and gets worse in the summertime. Any suggestions?

this is kind of the same problem i had for a while. I wear sandals alllll the time. About 3 times a week i used whats called a pumace stone and clean the bottom of my feet with it. its helps get rid of the dead skin. Everytime i get out of the shower i put cocoa butter on them. they are looking and feeling softer than ever now! hope this helps you !

try soaking them daily in warm water with calgon for about 20 minutes this might work or at bedtime put a thick moisturizer on your feet and then wrap with saran wrap and socks. I have done this a few times, it worked great for me,Hope I helpedMelody

a good foot scrub to get rid of dead skin followed by shea butter (then put on socks overnight) will help a lot. Shea will seem expensive, but a little goes a long way! (Think $10.00)

I have very dry feet too. What I do is rub my feet with vaseline and put a good pair of socks over it before I go to bed. When I wake up my feet are well moisturized and ready for my sandals. It feels weird that is why I do it when I go to bed but you can really do it whenever you can.
