Your list is too long and you are too young to be going through this. My doctor would have suggested dancing and a vacation. That is what he suggested to me when I had angina pain just by going through a sewer back up in my house.

I hope this helps you.To Help with the attacks have you tried meditation?Reaffirm your "safeness": I am safe, my loved ones are fine, there is nothing wrong here.Take a few deep breaths, put a nice warm cloth over your nape of the neck. Sit down and recite a favorite poem, till the feeling leaves. It may take some time at first.Listening to soothing music sometimes helps the feelings pass.Watch your caffeine level, coffee, chocolate, soda pop, that can trigger episodes at times as well.I wish you well, and I hope this can help you.

Ask family and close friends for support and understanding. Try to relax and appreciate what you have in life. Seek supportive and understanding friends. Avoid loud or aggressive people. Use diet and light exorcise to clear you mind and relax your thoughts. Join a Yoga or meditation class. Join a support group for stress. Read books on the topic of stress reduction.
