Question about pregnancy cramps?

I'm in my 7th month of my second pregnancy and I'm having these lower abdomel cramps about 1-2 times a week. They don't last very long and aren't that severe. I didn't have them with my 8mos. old, but I know every pregnancy is different, so could these cramps be from stress or are they early labor symptoms?

Braxton hicks baby. They are not a sign of labor, and you will probably get them more and more frequently. Just your uterus warming up for the big event and completely normal and healthy.

Irregular cramps could be Braxton-Hicks contractions. The only contractions that mean birth are regular ones.
