weight loss means u loose poundsburning fat means u loose fat, not necessarily weight

When you burn fat, you lose wait so yes.Now there's also toning instead of losing, which tightens instead of thinning.

I think you know better. You can lose muscle and you can lose fat. Muscle is dense and fat is not. You can lose inches and gain weight if you replace fat with muscle

NO... They are two different things.Fat burn causes weight loss.

NO! You can burn fat by working out and replace it with muscle, so you could weigh more but have a lower body fat content.

to burn fat you need to use muscles and using muscles tends to make them bigger which in turn causes muscle mass now because muscle weighs more them fat you normally would get heavier provided you are eating well and not over exerting your self with lack of nutrition and fluids
