you should tell your friend to stop taking drugz..if that friend doesnt listen then tell to someone who knows that friend of yours and who can make that friend stop using drugs

I think you should approach them about how you feel first.If you see they are being more destructive than they should be, then you should contact outside help.Considering the legal problems you will bring them, it's probably better to handle it yourself at first. If they are going to harm themselves, then involve others. Hell, they might hate you for it, but you saved them because you cared.

Yes, you tell someone who can help your friend. A dangerous drug addiction can be deadly.

This happened to me. A really good friend of mine was starting to become an alcoholic. I didn't tell anyone.. I slapped the shite out of him. I handled it myself, and it worked stupendously. :) But it would be great if you could tell someone.

Yes and no - it really depends on the nature of the addiction, the firend and events in their life.No one will agree with me here, but this is as ethical as euthanasia, and not something I care answering without a lot of thought or convincing anyone that I am right.

No I beat the crap out of him, tie him up in a toilet for a week with only water and food available to him and he gets over it lol.
