Can chest pain or angina pain cause 'gas'...

...discomfort? I know that 'gas' can cause similar chest pain like angina, but can it be the other way round - can angina pain or chest pain cause 'gas' in the chest region, shoulders and/or arms?

idk i suffer from te same thing and i have had my gallbladder removed and i just got threw having a upper scope done and still no ansewrs and still feeling presuree on my chest and having headaches and numbness at times ??? so if you find out ,,letme know okay thanks ;0)
